National Benefits Package

The National Benefits Package (NBP) is a program that gives individual members of Cascadia access to benefits normally only available to Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) member organizations and their employees.  With the National Benefits Package, an individual can be both a member of Cascadia and the CaGBC, and receive discounts at both the Chapter and National level.

Who is the NBP for?
The NBP is for individuals who are already members - or are in the process of becoming members - of Cascadia who wish to receive CaGBC benefits that until now were only available to CaGBC member organizations and their employees.

What benefits does the NBP offer?
It offers discounts on LEED workshops, LEED reference materials/books, and LEED AP exam fees.

I'm not a member of Cascadia - can I still purchase the NBP?
The National Benefits Package is only available to current Cascadia members (noting that it may be purchased concurrently with Cascadia membership), but cannot be purchased on its own. To get a Cascadia Membership, click here.

How long does it take to activate my NBP?
Once purchased, it will take up to one week to become active.  You will receive an email once this processing is done to let you know that you can now receive your discounts online.

What if I'm already a member of Cascadia?
Existing members can still get the National Benefits Package, noting that it will expire at the same time their Cascadia membership will expire, even if this means they would have the National Benefits Package for less than a full year.

Please note that the NBP is not a standalone membership and must be purchased as an addition to the Cascadia membership.
